i reopen my second account this week, and is still not refreshed after 3 days i logged owner in house and open all door inside and outside...so is bugged if my house is not refresh yet or its new we cant refresh house when open account???

I have a 2nd account that I cancel from time to time like others do. It had been cancelled barely 1 month. The Return to Brit started, so I logged in on that account w/house and goofed for a while. RtB ended, and my house fell 2 days later. It had only been cancelled for barely 30 days. I didn't bother questioning it or arguing it with EA, what would it have mattered? My cancelled acct house falls in only 30 days, LA is still littered with DSFASFA houses, LA Malas still doesn't have a single Castle that was promised, and there are still obscure houses here and there, with no owner, that have been there for 3 years, yet the server decides to decay mine.....there's no winning with EA.
However, isn't the grace period still 90 days?"It had been cancelled barely 1 month."

Rtb was open for 30 days so 30 Rtb plus original 30 unpaid equals 60 days.
Where is this new rule? I cannot find it in any publish notes. There is a new rule that reactivated accounts can't place/accept a house trade for 7 days, unfortunately it also prevents an account from refreshing their own house.

After 90 days its SUPPOSED to be decaying, I thought... and condemned even if you reactivate...Had the same issue. Reactivated my second account after 90 days to refresh the house. The refresh failed, a GM had to fix it.
Initially it just starts decaying and should fall at 95 1/2 days. They can go owned by OSI though if there are rented vendors on them, and at that point they are no longer fixable by GMs and will just cycle till they fall. After 90 days its SUPPOSED to be decaying, I thought... and condemned even if you reactivate...Had the same issue. Yes it is supposed to enter decay after 90 days of non-payment. However, as long as you reactivate 24 hours before the house reaches IDOC then it is supposed to refresh. If you wait until the house is already IDOC to pay, then the house cannot be refreshed and will fall unless it is transferred. After 90 days its SUPPOSED to be decaying, I thought... and condemned even if you reactivate...
Yes, and exactly this does not seem to work properly.Yes it is supposed to enter decay after 90 days of non-payment. It's quite clearly explained in the playguide under House-Maintenance.
