House Placement Tool?

Pardon me if I missed this info, or if it is indeed only me ... but i haven't been able to even test place houses recently as my 'shadow' house is a dozen tiles to the east of the targeting cursor ....

makes testing nice large areas for houses a pain ... not to mention the little tight ones ...:-/

is it truly just me? or is anyone else having issues? and/or any word on a solution or fix yet?

Did you move your play window up to the upper left hand corner of the screen (in 2D)?
