@BrianFreud@Princess Zora: A129 isn't bugged, that item just acts kind of wierd. If you use the EC, you can pick it up and move it anywhere like any other item. If you use the classic client, it won't highlight, and you can't directly pick it up. But you can put it down using classic, and if you lock it down in a house (using either client), you can use "retrive" to pick it up, even using classic.
of course its bugged. its a bugged item. it was a bug that let you be able to pick it up in the first place....@Princess Zora: A129 isn't bugged, that item just acts kind of wierd. no offense brian but are the rules no longer only unlimited bid updates within the last one hour of an auction? youve updated / bumped this multiple times within the last 24 hours.All bids updated. 1 hour 50 minutes remaining!
Rat!no offense brian but are the rules no longer only unlimited bid updates within the last one hour of an auction? youve updated / bumped this multiple times within the last 24 hours.
i would not have a problem with this, but others have been reprimanded for similar actions. i myself have been reprimanded for similar violations of the rules in the past.
@Captn Norrington @Riyana @Nexus
Will i myself be allowed to overlook the rules in regards to bumps/updates? is this rule no longer in effect or not being enforced?
200k on everything/all itrms... not bidded above/over
By that definition, any "birth" item is bugged.of course its bugged. its a bugged item. it was a bug that let you be able to pick it up in the first place....
its by definition a bugged item.
When I asked, during the discussion of the new rules, it was said that a "all bids updated" post was specifically *not* a post considered devoid of content.@Smoot is correct, there were a couple bump rule violations. Please try to stay within the rules which are:
"Sellers and auctioneers may not 'bump' a thread more than 1 time every 24 hours.
Thanks, and good luck to all the bidders!
- For this context, a 'bump' is defined as a post devoid of any content or meaning other than to raise a post to the top of the forum.
- Deleted bumps can be seen by the moderators, and still count towards the 1-per-24 hour limit.
- Posts announcing the addition or removal of items will also be considered a 'bump', and are subject to the same 1-per-24 hour limit.
- Posts that add content or contribute meaningfully to the sale or auction are permitted and encouraged, but a pattern of posting such content in a way that intentionally and systematically circumvents the bump rule may be treated as excessive bumping.
- There is no restriction on the amount of updates within the last hour of an auction."
