I was catching a few in Despise.

On a side note, I think all the dungeon fish show up in every dungeon accept for the dungeon specific fish (ie, Crystal Fish in Prism of Light).

For dungeon fish I have been going to second level of Shame. there is a great safe spot right through the gate to second level. Also you can get the Fire fish there.
