Looks like they are reverting the shard in time, i had 18 charges on my instrument, when the shard went down i had 36, when i was able to login for a few min, and _my_ pets was GONE, not even in my stable :/

well I had returned the sigals at around 12pm when the server came back the sigals were back at the base where they were at 12pm and the server went back online around 3pm, i was unable to steal the sigal again for about another hour...so at least 4 hours maybemore
