Does disco lower barding difficulty on monsters when discorded?

I am pretty sure it does, because bard difficulty is really something like stats + skills / some modifier. If you're lowering all stats/skills by 28%, then it's likely that bard difficulty drops as well. However, the 160 difficulty monsters will probably still be buff enough to have 160 difficulty after being disco'd.

I figured as much, except that I don't think that it changes high level monsters being the first target of a provo attempt. Gonna check in to that later
