Wow.
Um.
Message body. Not anything more to say, really. Well, how about I tell you how to make some darn good twice baked potatoes?
PRINCE CASPIAN'S TWICE BAKED POE-TAY-TOES
====================================
3-4 taters, precious.
2 green onions
2 celery stalks
1 small onion
1/2 stick of butter
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
3 tbs bacon bits (or real bacon)
1. Bake the potatoes at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean.
2. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
3. Very carefully, hollow out the inside about 50%, so that you have a nice big crater but you arent digging down to the skin so the thing falls apart.
4. Put the excavated potato fragments in a bowl.
5. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
6. Pour half the butter on the potato fragments.
7. Chop up the green onions, regular onion and celery stalk, and sautee them in the butter in the saucepan until soft.
8. Mix the veggies into the potato fragments and mix in the bacon bits.
9. Take the potato mixture and fill each of the tater craters for all your potato halves.
10. Sprinkle cheese on top liberally.
11. Cook on a cookie sheet until the cheese is melted.
12. Engage NOMNOMNOM.
