Deep Sea Serpent

I'm a 120 Fisher and been deep water fishing with my pole but have had no luck spawning deep sea serpents. I have 1000+ luck suit on. Any suggestions or tips to find these creatures would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Edit: meant to say sea serpents, NOT deep sea serpents since there is a difference.

Special: Special Fishing Net, Message in a Bottle, Level 3 Treasure Map

Regular Sea Serpent:
Carved: 8 Blue Sea Serpent Scales, 10 Horned Hides, 1 Fish Steak
Special: Special Fishing Net, Message in a Bottle, Level 1 Treasure Map, Level 2 Treasure Map

I'm just wanting the Special loot mentioned above

You must be lucky, I've been fishing a lot tonight and only got 3 to spawn. I read you can only get the specials if you fish them up in the deep waters.

Take the zippy quest and toss the special anchors in trinsic.

You'll get more than enough.

I get quite a few fishing off the docks in Magincia. I have 0 luck.

Yes. I was just a little discouraged that I only fished up 3 in a long journey of fishing. I would like to collect the MIBs and Special Fishing Nets so I can just go out every day after work and do those. Currently I have none, that's why I was searching for those monsters to loot for the Specials.

Do the salty seas part over and over, 1 toss gets lots of creatures way funner than standing on a dock.

I agree with you, very boring standing on a dock or boat fishing. I will look into this quest. Thanks
