I dunno.. Who runs a pure scribe anyways?? Most the scribes I know run 60 necro anyways.. Its a tough template to beat.

I do when im on. and zero necro in my temp.

No, the real variable there is whether or not they are aloud to use apples and cures. If the answer is 'no', necro can own almost any mage template easily.
If the answer is 'yes', scribbler will crush a necro every time.
Skill is the other half of that..

Nah. Necro is the strongest 1v1 template in game. There is not a template that would ever beat a necro...that is of course, if the necro is played properly.

Necro is a great temp, I just wish UO would allow more mage temps to dominate as apose to nerf every temp that rocks dexxers

Yea you oath a archer you better have 50 ep cause that archer does and it has 4 sec heals oath makes more damage hit you to. I never cared if i got oathed on my archer with its fast heals and 50 ep 1vs1 it does suck if your in a huge fight and you get oathed and dumped!

a good necro will crush a great scibe mage. everytime bottom line u can only eat an apple very what 30 secs bloodoath takes what 1 sec to cast.

why did i crush you on my pure scribe mage and you had necro?

Well, if there's apples or not. Necros have Oath, Corpse, Omen and etc. While the only real debuff pure mages have is curse.. Which is effective but very slow. The small bonus of SDI doesn't compare to the debuff spells of a Necro.

You double oath somebody, they are done for.
