And why is there a choice for 'NAUGHTY' things to upload? If this is not being allowed why would we have it?
[/ QUOTE ]
There is a "choice" to upload any bitmap image (file type .bmp). It's not like there are categories for 'funny', 'cute, 'artsy', 'naughty'. As I understand it, any bmp file can be uploaded, but only those approved by EA will make it into the game.

couldn't the dev. team have tested this? Instead of putting in the game and giving minors the chance like names indicated, why couldn't one dev do it and others check to see if it goes through or not.

You haven't been paying attention for the last month, have you? Every single problem we've had with the game has been fully tested by the dev team before they released it to us. How well did that work out? Because they test on their computers on their network, they can't possible test as well as we can. That is why they are letting us test uploading images and they screen the image manually before it is released in the game.

Ok I admit I do not understand the wiki nor the blog page, nor how to get around in it, but I am trying to find where you claim Luc or one of the dev. team says "Now remember, you can upload content that you want, but also upload the naughty stuff so we can test out our approval system. So, bring it! "

Gilly already linked you to the blog thread:
Upload Custom Content on Thursday!!. Once you are there, click Edit then Find from your browser menu (or ctrl F works too) then type
naughty in the search box. You will find this sentence: "Now remember, you can upload content that you want, but also upload the naughty stuff so we can test out our approval system. So, bring it! "
