1st off try to cut & paste the code from the E-mail, I have seen many time if you try & type it in it shows invalid (have done it myself a cpl times, just something about it) If that fails then email them with the Conf#, date purchased, time. I had one code months ago somehow never get to me when I purchased it & this was how I resolved it. Took about 4 days fro mine to be resolved.
Go to this link Support Home Page on the left side, in support link area & you will see the EMAIL US. Use that link & put all the info in regarding the order & you should be contacted within a day. GL

Make sure when you copy and paste the code you do not add an extra space on either end. This will also cause the code to return as invalid.
