As Ivy said Minoc has chosen swing speed increase, we thought this might apply to pick axes, tailoring needles, and carpentry hammers. Looks like it mostly works for weapons... Anyhow crafters need protection as well so we are happy with this decision!
Jhelom has chosen not to have a trade agreement just yet. Governor Sherry Shar has decided there are issues that need to be discussed with the crown before committing to any trade deal. Issues? Tax rate is way to steep for the benefit as funds are being raised. She believes that the tax should be implemented only on amounts above the fee for the trade agreement. She would also like a clarification on how long a singe trade deal lasts.
