House fighting makes me giggle. Reminds me of good ol' GS, 665, and SWAT days!!
We play with him on ATL and he isn't completely serious on Chessy yet so we leave it up to him what he wants to do lol. One thing at a time!! People with good suits get wrecked quite a bit, so that's not always the problem, right?

You guys killed PvP on chessy. By tipping the scales too heavily and too quickly in your favor. This has caused the PvPers to not want to pvp on chessy. All at a time when summer is nice, Darkfall New Dawn is out and free. I told you newbies the best bet would be to keep fighting each other on chessy and work together on ATL ... but NOOOOO had to go steal my Amitlu and Claire and duck it all up.
I dont really understand how thats possible. As I've witnessed these last few weeks, with or without Amit and Claire being in UHOH, ToKe can bring some numbers compared to our 4 people on at any given time but they choose to try and sneak off Del Ice or Island. ToKe doesnt want to PvP. They want to tram it up. And apparently PITS doesnt log into Chessy unless they have alot on. Thats what killing PvP here. How does 2 people (or 1 1/2 since Claire is never on) tip the scales?

Well, without mentioning any names or anything like that.... I am pretty sure Nanny and I taught and helped 3 of your pvpers on mages more in a 1 hour session than anyone bothered to help them the whole time they have been guilded. Just saying. I'm sure that doesn't help your cause because instead of "Hey, let's show you how to do this" or "Hey let's practice this" you expect them to know what to do all the time (As newbie PVPers) or you leave them to play some sucky MMO :x Amitlu says crafting is "REALLY NOT FUN".
But really. You have #'s, you could form an army if you wanted to. You just don't want to put the time in to it.

I've offered to help people train multiple times, Amitlu knows this. He also has offered to help. Most of the time it was turned down. Sometimes we went over some things until they got tired w/ learning.
Keep training people, it'll give you more fights -- hopefully.
As for the people doing the Ice's, islands, etc. That kind of fuels my point, the PvPers don't play as much now. For whatever reason. And its a chain reaction. We had 6 solid pvpers, 1 had a rotation to switch to nights, Amit and Clair left, that left us with 3 solid PvPers. We had a few fights wasn't going great, and I'm far past my time to teach people each step of PvP. At same time Darkfall New Dawn came out.
Darkfall is a more entertaining game to me, and which I rather spend my time killing people where my skill is matched up against someone elses, and it actually takes A L O T of skill. You must time, aim, predict every move. And best of it all, its FULL LOOT. Its great. Amit is right, crafting is long, and it sucks. But you must train your character before you run the world slaying other people. Or you can run at somone and hit them for 3 dmg, and hope they are AFK for 10 minutes.
I'll be on to raid when someone Qs me, and I'm home, and wanting to play UO. But as for doing spawns, or farming bosses, I just lost all interest to do that atm. Who knows maybe I'll get the bug to really PvP again on chessy. Maybe not.

On a completely different note.... I totally died. But it was fun chasing Necro and Amit around for a while. I had no idea that the first bluebie (starts with a C i think) was necro. I was hoping to sneak an explode on you and keep you onscreen longer than you should... but no, didn't work so well.

I logged in last night! Then logged off once I couldn't find pvp on GL, Chessy, LS, and only like the 4 nerds hangin at the atl gate playing dismount gank, which was fun for about 10 minutes..quickly I realized I'd rather binge a Netflix show, or mow my lawn.

Yep, Chessy still has active players in both fel and tram. PvP isn't massive like the old days, but it still exists. 3 or 4 guilds fight it up and there are random others who VvV and try to pull off spawns. Welcome back. A ton has changed but the game, in my opinion, has fixed a lot of issues to allow for better playablility and fun for all.
The essance of the game is still the same so it defiantely won't be completely foreign to you. If you want to PvP, i'd recommend reading up on VvV (i prefer uoguide for info).
I'd also read up on imbuing and reforging. One of the patch notes has info on skill masteries (google uo skill masteries and you'll get it). Ummmmm, oh, the best best items in the game are "legendary artifacts" that you get with random mods from big time bosses.

I used to hang out at paxlair when it was first founded with a guy named Cloud ( I may be off a bit its been a while ) My RL friend Kraye also involved with paxlair more than I was formed a guild Brotherhood of Steel and we did our thing for many years. Shortly before I quit I formed a guild Corithian knights of Sosaria and my friend played my account beyond that point for a few years.
I still have all my characters and stuff which was shocking. Kinda looking to join with some people while I learn everything over again and get my feet wet. Im convincing a few buddys that use to play to join me back on chessy and hopefully wherever I go has room for them too

Paxlair is on a life support as most of them are MIA sicne they went to SoTA. Cloud would probably be Cloud Barret, he is in the TOKE guild.
If your looking to get back into the PvP side of things, TOKE, COLT (if they still PvP), or PITS would be your best bet. PITS is split between 3 shards. TOKE is primarily focused on Chessy. There is UHOH (Boombastic's guild) but they only take top notch PvPers and talk mad ****.

I would try TOKE for sure. Lots of awesome people, very helpful and they pvm constantly as well as the occasional 4-5 man spawn at 1 am
