I'm assuming you're referring to the colored rune in your picture.it would also appear that the tokuno house runes now got the color that trammel house runes suppose to have.

Error happened in Fel, Atlantic too... and are gold colored.Trammel house runes show MegaCliloc error, but work fine still

Experienced on drachenfels
There are stilll chars knocking about with all 70s resists naked, some chars have high phys resist when naked, some chars have high lower mana cost when naked. Bug achieved sometimes from changing race multiple times.
More than one conflagration pot can be thrown at a time because the timer doesn't kick in until a second or so until after the first pot is thrown.
If you get a friend to evil omen then mass curse you, you are immune to the curse spell in pvp with no loss of resists until the spell runs out.
If you evil omen weaken/feeblemind/curse yourself, other players are unable to disturb your concentration with the said spells.

If you have less than full magic reflect pool left and you wait 30 seconds, then cast magic reflect, your magic reflect pool is reduced to 0 and you have to wait a further 30 seconds to replenish the pool. (total of 1 minute out of battle to replenish a partially depleted pool, rather than 30 seconds for a fully depleted pool?)

When you try to recall to a boat rune of a boat which doesn't exist anymore, the rune takes the name "unknown owner's ship" and looses its color.
So far so good.
Now try to do the same thing but after having put the boat rune in a runebook. Now the runebook looses its color (not only the rune inside but the runebook itself) and it becomes a "Recall rune" instead of a "Runebook" (but still looks and acts as a runebook).

Had a rune book in a bag that was locked down on my floor, the book was special colored, I recalled to a location in the book and the book changed it's color to default 
Since the last patch to the High Seas I have not been able to make big fish trophies. When I click the trophy tool box and then click the fish the response is "That can not be made into a trophy" It is a big fish that weighs 198 stone, of course I want it mounted on the wall. Whats up with that? Also I have discovered the all my previous trophies that once said Big fish now say large Fish. Can we get this fixed PLEASE!
Blessed items are not being equipted after you click your corpse (after dying).
Side note: how about making items/equipment re-equip after resurrection - redressing is a pain in the pooper..

I for one have noticed this for ages
Ever since i started pretty much (3 months before Samurai Empire release)i know this thread is pointless and NONE of these bugs will be fixed. many have been around for years.. if not the beginning of the game..
but.
i made a 3s weapon with 10 ssi and i should have been able to put 68 hit mana leech on it but the system only allowed me to put 62 as max..
im guessing there is some error in the rounding of the numbers..

how about this for a stupid bug, im down in the abyss and i get off my swampy to replace its armor and it disappeared.. gone, no followers or anything.
i log out and back in and nothing..
go back to my stables to get another one and there it is..

Don't worry! They fixed EGGNOG... and a bunch of other minor crap which wasn't ever mentioned... or probably even noticed...

Treasure Chest loot medable items losing properties
I believe this hits both T-map and SOS chests, but it's not as obvious in the latter since there's less items in one.
They fixed this for crafters about 4 or 5 years ago for Tailor Runics (and smiths using runic hammers for medable stuff like Circlets and Samurai plate), where the property generator was coming up "mage armor", so a property was lost, and not displayed (and in some cases, multiple properties, as mage armor would come up, drop from being cloth or leather armor, then get rolled again and DROPPED AGAIN). One person had a barbed runic end up with ONE property at minimum intensity, back then.
They still haven't fixed it for us fishers and Treasure Hunters.
I just got both a floppy hat AND leather sleeves from the same level 6, with no properties. (5/9/5/5 hat, 2/4/3/3/3 sleeves).

Not 100% sure this is a bug but here it is:
Navrey Night Eyes sometimes spawns her loot on her corpse rather than in your back pack. *Seems to only happen when rocks are used more than once* I got 2 tangles and a pair of Night Eyes from soloing her last week that all spawned on the corpse, this has never happened for me before then.
Someone mentioned this one before, but blessed items remain in your back pack and must be manually re-equipped after double clicking your corpse, but if an item is insured then blessed and is never uninsured then those items equip when the corpse is double clicked.
If you put items on a pack horse and release the pack horse, those items sometimes disappear. (not sure if this is intentional, and furthermore not sure why it would be).

Oh, one more regarding Navrey Night Eyes.. If you are mid cast of a spell when she slings webs at you, you are not actually frozen in place by the webs and move and cast spells regularly.
Oh and another, albeit minor bug, slipping on an ice patch on 2nd 3rd and 4th floors of a person's house can make you fall through the floor to the floor below the one with an ice patch on it.

When mounted, and using a two-handed weapon; the player swings their EMPTY hand instead of the weapon.

On Siege, if you try to cast gate spell in most (perhaps all) locations in overland Ter Mur, you cannot gate to places like Yew, Skara Brae, Zento, many locations in Tokuno (you can gate to near the Citadel), and many locations in Malas (e.g., can't gate to Luna but can gate to Umbra).

What YOU think is a feature WE think of as a bug, I remember when that change was made and I was furious. My characters name has always been claudia, not Claudia.

Staff of Resonance [Gargoyles Only] unequipts when casting Chivalry spell, Holy Light.
It appears that casting Holy Light will Un-Equip any weapon you're holding..
... and! It un-equipts spell books too!
Yes - it's on Gargoyle characters.
Pet Bug:
This morning i went to kill some things with my rune beetle and nightmare.
I was mounted on my nightmare and started to kill a Crazed Mage in Shame. I dismounted my nightmare and both pets vanished. I tried to login and out several times no pets my pet slots were still full! I tried to use my pet balls they kept telling me my pet was summoned which was untrue. I ran around shame looking where they had maybe run off to with no luck.
After about 10mins of searching i finally went back to the stables and they were in there!
I spoke with a few people about this and apparently its a classic bug been around a long while.

Runics are broken. They will not make max intensity hit spell effects (hit harm, hit lightning, hit fireball etc) which should be 1-50% intensity range.
I made a dozen items with a valorite hammer (85-100% intensity range for hammer). I had two items made with hit spell (Harm and Lightning) that were both 22% which is 44/45% intensity. That should NOT be possible with a val hammer.
