[Fishing] Any benefits to fishing in Felucca & Luck?

Does Luck play any role in fishing? If yes, How/When?....ie, when pulling up chests?
And are they facet-bound? ie....if I pulled up MiB's in Tram, can I also pull up chests in Felucca?

Yes when the chest is pulled up the luck is checked. MiB's aren't facet bound you can do them either side. You get a luck bonus from being in Felucca. I did about 100 MIB's in Felucca and the loot was terrible (while wearing luck suit with 2400 luck) so I didn't bother doing any more after that.

Thanks. What might be the drop rate of refinement materials rare in the chests?

[EDIT] Just updating to myself:
I pulled up 60 chests and got 44 ingredients from about 25 chests.
2200 Luck suit in Felucca.
ZERO platemail ingredient. (a couple chain/ring, some garg platemail/stone, many woodlands/samurai)
