I ran around Tram / Ilsh and Mal today and didnt see any Non-Feluccan Spawns, can someone clarify what a Non-Feluccan Spawn is for me please ?
Am I Just Slow ???

There are 3 spawns in illshenar. Use Map

Then there is the spawn when you first enter the twisted weald. The spawn in the house in the graveyard in bedlam and the minotaur spawn in the labyrinth. There is also one in tokuno that is also on the map page.
