Does anyone have any information about this ?

FYI, I bought it on Oceania at several years ago.
It is normal hued, and the graphic is same as doom arties.

More than likely it came from Oceana, I bought a bunch of stuff from Zolo a few years back and his collection was mostly Oceana items
