There are a number of "quality of life" as well as bug fixes related to High Seas that need to be addressed. We hope to get to them in a future publish. Thanks for the feedback.So when you sail a Tokuno ship while wearing the fisherman's armor set, you can improve your odds of fishing up something good so insignificantly as to make neither bonus actually worth bothering with.
