I have to agree with JC. One of the bigger bonuses IMO is that when you kill someone, you take that character out of the fight for a while. Having people back up and ready to fight again 10 seconds after you just dropped them is annoying.No. In fact it should be more severe. At least 40%.

NO! If anything, a slightly reduced stat-loss timer could maybe be a reward/incentive for controlling the towns, based upon the number of towns your faction controls. This is why you learn how to play WHILE in stat loss - sure you can't use the same spells or tactics, but you sure as hell can and should still play!I completely agree. In addition to making the fighting more realistic (i.e., if you're "dead" you are out of the fight for a while) and so that it happens in waves, the skill loss period should get people to do more cross-healing and working as a team. Of course, if you're playing with a group of people who have an "every man for himself" mindset, you're more likely to end up in skill loss.I completely agree. People stating this most likely are the ones who would never PvP in faction too intense/no guardzone carebear/statloss but want all faction artifacts in the next patch.You realy expect people to play factions and have to redo their skills???

There's no plan for people who refuse to play faction to get the artifacts so just like Sampires they try to pick on the people who's willing to take all the hassle in order to get rewarded. Typical sour grape psychology.
If anything faction artifacts should have max equipable pieces limit. Limiting 3 faction arties equippable at a time or something like that. And it would be better to reduce the statloss timer a bit.
