1. Allow only guard zone and house runes to be marked including moongates. Remove all other marks.
2. Make it so you can not recall out of Fel. To leave Feluccia you must use a town gate, you can't just jump from one facet to another using recall.
3. Increase the cost of insure in Feluccia only.
Also add random loot to the corpse of players, so there is something to loot.
Make this loot only available to players with looting rights. If they can not retrieve the loot, it poofs. Players will turn grey etc...
Put some gold, a percent of insure maybe. If it's a mage template add regs, if it's a war template drop armour or weapon, high quality loot, etc..
A system would have to be implemented so loot would only appear per person, per kill every 24 hours, making it so you have to kill different ppl to keep getting the generated loots.
This would bring back some of the old spark of having to loot the corpse to really gain.
4. Put ghost items on players, that when a thief peeks into your pack he can see it. A ghost item is an item that is not really there but can be seen by implementing a system that when a thief peeks into a player's pack it appears to them only, along with other items that are already in the player's pack. When the thief steals it, if he's successful, the item becomes real. The thief will turn grey, just as if he had taken something from you. These items must be appealing to a thief.
A system would have to be implemented so a thief could only steal a ghost item from the same char. every 24 hours. This way the thief would have to look for many targets rather than stealing from the same char.
5. Make all Feluccia spawns para, excluding dungeon spawn. Leave them looking natural. This way we get more gold, better loot and more fight. Keep their walk speed slow.
6. Add random spawns of bosses. It would be great to see Mel walk down the road in Feluccia. Allow all the drops the bosses would normally give except for raining gold. Bosses like dark father, miasma, rend, etc... The advantages to these spawns would be nobody would know where they are, giving ppl a better experience of hunting for these types of creatures.
7. Beef up the camps of npc reds. Make them more real. Like todays uber players. Put some good loot in the chests, possible arties, set piece, some real gold. Make it so it's worth doing.
8. Add some npc tamers with a greater dragon, random spawn.
9. Redo the crypts with ballies, lich lords and ancients and some new stealables.
10. Give us more ways to get PS. Put them in chests, on loot. Open Fel up to ppl who wish to hunt and not walk into greedy gank parties that just give UO a bad name.
