I remember back in the day there was a Lead GM. I can't remember her name but she dealt with all GM related issues from speaking with guild leaders on shards about the rules of PvP to posting on the forum.

I'm guessing that is now Jeremy's territory and that there's no longer a Lead GM?

As of UOKR, there are no normal GM's listed, just "Lead" and "Senior" Gm's.

there is no HEAD GM for UO now because the GMs now handle more then just UO. they handle all there games...as before, UO had there own GM.

that right 10 people, for everyone of the games and all there servers, you do the math. thats why it takes 4 hrs to get a reply from one. and a canned replay at that.

Inferring that all the GMs are Indian by using an indian name in your post I think is despicable. Not all Customer Service or tech suppost personal are in India. I have a few friends in the Bay Area in California that are in Customer Support and they are not Indian. I think you need to take your slightly racist attitude and go check it somewhere.

ask the GMs your self. I did when i got a responce back that didn't even have a thing to do with UO, he told me he hit the wrong buttom for his auto replay and was sorry about that, and then sent the info i needed..

when i started back playing one of my char on my account could not lock or unlock or secure anything , but i could customize the house get in to everything ect..

i need the info or a gm's help to get it fixed, he sent me something off the wall that has nothing to do with uo and i repaged him (and waited) and he sent me a reply saying sorry, and that i would have to go to uo site and fill out (yada yada yada) to get the char fixed.

We've all seen quite a fair amount of misinformation being tossed about willy-nilly here lately as if it were gospel. Let's try and avoid that when possible, please.

Now to KR link, 5 leads 5 seniors 10 gm total listed.

as to they doing other jobs other then just GM uo. there has been other that even posted they got other game info not uo related by a gm.. then lookdown at the asian shard info, GM for EVERYTHING hehehe so the doesn't look to me like ONE or TWO GM's over all the others on the US shards, BUT with 5 us leads and 5 Seniors, there all one then and we have NO GM's hehehe


KR 10 US listed keeps getting smaller each year i notice 17 for japan team keeps getting bigger i see.

there is no more "GM Platinum" types anymore that doing what she did.

GM's were not allowed to post or reply on the old MYUO forums.

*cough* .. we need councilors and seers!! heh... *waits for a big flame* yeah I know they will never come back... but it was a good way to get help faster.. for all the issues players have in the game all the time.

As far as MODs for the old MYUO forums. I was there when it started and was the last MOD there when Cynthe, Greywolfe, Sannio and I (SilverOne) closed the forums down.
I know what the rules were. GM's were not allowed to respond. Head GM Platinum could.

I called EA support the other day and had no trouble resolving my problem. I had no trouble with the automated voice menus and was forwarded to a service rep rather quickly. I even agreed to participate in a survey but I was not selected to participate.

Maybe you're calling the wrong number?
