Get rid of Murderer Status

As a 8 years trammel player who want to use the last facet too.
How would removing murder counts and letting Feluccans frag each other silly make it better for Trammies? I play on a shard that has permanent death if you pile up too many PVP deaths too quickly. You're the carebear.

I care because all stupid changes will hit us too, if they changes anything on trammy shards we will get it too.
Just look at our problems with stealth/ninja/tamers and greater dragons
or what about stupid instance corpes, instance dungeons
or stupid rules that stop us from rezzing our enemies or someone from a different alliance
or private houses
or all the other trammy crap we got.
Blame the dev team for being too damn lazy to properly support both rulesets. But I would prefer Siege players get out of production shard matters. of course I could probably be like those people that don't care for Siege or ever play it and still demand they remove ROT or some stupid thing just to spite siege players.

I still fail to see how you complain about tamers so much when the pets are so slow to the point they can't even follow a mounted person around, but I guess that's where stealth/ninja comes in so they can dismount first =D

Regardless, that's a skill combination thing.

Like it or not, Siege is a production shard. Changes made to anything other than skill gain and certain item stuff affects them just as it affects us. I suggest you try siege for a little while before you go talking down about the shard as a whole. The people who choose to play that shard are the most dedicated I have ever seen.

I like the concept of Reds.

It reminds me of the Icelandic Viking concept of 'Outlaw'. A murderer under certain circumstances might be deemed an 'outlaw' for a certain amount of time, where it would be permissible to attack and kill that person without reprecussion.

I always thought a yearly "repreave" would be nice, not something forced of course, but an option that comes up like a vet reward gump... that asks you if you wanna "change your ways" or whatever.

Once you hit "yes" you turn blue.
Once you hit "no" you stay red. (if you were red)

Not a forced thing, but a way to get your red, blue rather then waiting 10 years as some of us would.

Of course you would have those that go blue for a day then do a massive killing spree, but they would be red quickly again... no issue there.

Of course you would have the day before the "repreave" be a massive kill everyone day, because everyone would know they would be able to go blue the next day ... so EA would have to make this something that well was random... like how the inquis spawn... happends every year, but random time between a month or two period.

Semantics. Just replace the word Production with the word Blue, and your stress goes away. :p

But they don't keep SP up to date as they do the other "production" shards. They have a bad habit of adding things that only exist in Trammel, and forgetting to also add them to SP/Muggen (where there is no trammel).

It isn't a lag in support so much as habitual poor planning.




Again, red needs to stay. My red even agrees and I want him blue again. ;)

I have tried Siege. Between the ROT and how annoying it is to get started I had enough of that stupid shard. Sorry Siege is not for everyone. I don't like having my skill gains artificially capped daily like that.

I don't like to make Felucca a PvP zone, I like to keep Felucca close to the spirit of old UO.

I don't think non PvP'ers should be forced to go to Felucca to get powerscrolls, it should be the freedom and risk that draw player to Felucca.

I agree reds should be able to go to Trammel zone but they should not be safe there and they should not be able to kill innocent there.

Making them attackable in Trammel zone will stop them from hiding there but we would still have a problem with the noto PK's who want to kill without being red.

To make blue in Trammel zone think 2 times before attacking a lonely red I would add some risk to them too.

A blue attacking/looting a red in Trammel zone will become orange to all reds for an hour. Healing/buffing a blue fighting a red would make you orange to all reds for an hour too.

Anyone true blue would not be effected of this, they would still be 100% safe in Trammel zone.

You right, Siege is not for everyone and was never meant to be. We try hard to get a treak to RoT and we have a few other imbalances we would like to get fixed. Sadly it can take years for Devs to find time for Siege :(
