They're historic because Toad Town has been apart of the Atlantic Community for quite a long time. A flag from an EM or developer wouldn't change the status of what they once meant to the shard.

Maybe I am wrong, but I am pretty sure I owned house #3 and Alex owned the house to the west of 3, but Queen I believe was at least the original owner of 3. Again I could be wrong. Maybe Alex can explain better. I swapped 3 for the house I have now.

Back when we created Toad Town, i originally owned House #4 and Yible owned House #3.

Over time Yible moved out of House #3, Queen picked it up, I bought it from Queen, I moved out, Nails got it from Queen, Nails bought the house close to Luna East (I think) entrance and sold House #3 back to Queen or gave it back to Queen. The later parts of the history of House #3 concerning Nails and Queen may be off a little but that’s to my memory.

Now that I’m back in the game, I am looking to preserve the Town as much as possible. I hope that clarifies the question.

I would prefer this entire sale to be completely transparent.

However as a broker over 18 years, I have noticed there are some players who prefer to be completely anonymous. Some refused to use Stratics, ICQ, Discord, Facebook, and some will only ever do business in game, never outside the game like Vladimir of HOMES who bank sits Luna.

When we bid at Live Auctions, or bulletin board silent auctions or even auction safes themselves, do we always KNOW who we are bidding against?

AGAIN I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE THIS TO BE ENTIRELY TRANSPARENT.

However I will respect player's privacy or possibly strategy to remain anonymous. Unless Queen instructs me to do otherwise. These are her houses, it is her decision.
