Tailoring Power Scroll

I have just returned to UO after a very long absence, and it would seem that my 100 skill can now go to 120 with a power scroll. How do I obtain one of these within the game without buying it with real world money? I saw something about fulfilling bulk orders from NPCs--I am assuming those working the tailor shops? Or to get this kind of scroll do I need to tailor with leather instead? Is it a randomly generated reward that I'll just have to keep trying for over and over? Or do I need to fulfill a specific order type?

I worked hard to earn every bit of my 100 skill and I'm willing to get to 120 the same way. I just need a little help figuring out how this works so I'm not wasting my time doing things that won't eventually get me to my goal. Any advice is welcome.

Yup, what Morganne said. Basically, go to a tailor NPC, click to ask for a tailoring Bulk Order Deed. (You can get 3 at a time). Fill the deed, turn it back in, get a replacement deed and you're rewarded points. Save up 650 points, get a 120 Tailoring powerscroll.

You can also go into Gen Chat and find out if anybody has any 120 Tailor and Smith Power Scrolls just laying around collecting dust. Most people just give them away for free.

Thank you. I'll start working on this. It will help get me re-acclimated to the skills anyway since I haven't done this in a while, and there's lots of new stuff to make.

I think they're free in the past since it was a random reward. Now you have to save discussion for such a scroll. I saw them for sale at 450k on Atl recently.

Not to say free isn't an option, but such scrolls are fare more rare today.
