I followed the steps for redeeming a promotional code and I'm still waiting for the wookworker's bench token to appear in my pack. How long does this normally take now? In the past, it seemed like it was nearly instantaneous.
Ten minutes or so. I now have the following message: "PROMO AGENT tells ___: Promotion redemption failed: internal error. Please contact a Game Master if you need additional support." How do you do that? Looking on the help menu, it says i have a pending help request. I don't want to cancel that to seek a game master, or at least I don't think I want to do that. I assume that help request is the same as my promotional item.I know a Legacy token can take up to a few minutes.

Ok, silly question from an experienced player...how do you do that? I don't see that option on help menu.The "Cancel Pending Request" is always there. Just a default option button. Don´t worry about that if you know you haven´t paged any GMs lately.
I would either try again later or page a GM now to see if they can help with it.

I read that it was supposed to be fixed. Either it isn't fixed or they have a new problem. Sad either way.They fixed that so you can type it in the way you got it.
My first attempt used the copy and paste -- and I wondered if it caused the problem. From your suggestion it sounds like that method is permissible so glad to see that isn't the problem. I then logged onto a second account and tried by typing it in, but that was also unsuccessful. Then I tried on the original account with the modified hyphens without success. Waited for a GM for as long as I could, but just logged out. Will have to resolve it later.Try logging in on a diff char on the same account and make sure that you are copy/pasting with cntrl v in promotion box and be patient and cross your fingers. Some things take a few moments. and good luck
