PvP for me is like going to the casino or playing the lottery... I'm a donor. For the record, I can't PvP anyway but....
Are you on a high part of the land or low part where you are moving to? If you will be in a valley and trees and such blocking you may have some issues.I am moving across country to a spot in the mountains that only offers 4G wireless for internet service. The line of site is about +10 miles, and wonder if the connection will be playable. Anyone have internet like this?
Thanks
Good thought... the house is in a valley below the level of the road, but the roofline has a direct line of sight to the mountain where the broadcast antenna is. A receiver is already on the roof, so I know that service is available. Are you on a high part of the land or low part where you are moving to? I have cable internet at 107 Mbps so not sure how the 4G service works. I do have friends that have bought boosters for their 4g services that live outside of the cable internet providers area.
Thanks for the info.Pantech UML 290

Total Setup is more than a grand, but its worth it. About 15 Mb Down and Up Latency of ~ 70 to servers around me.
200+ ping is the norm for me with 170 to 190 ping days being good days (nearest UO server is over 6,000 miles away, so...), and I do a lot of PvM, so I know it is doable.I've only used 4G on my phone but it always seems to have high latency when I use speedtest. High speed for sure, but 200+ ping. I wouldn't do much gaming on it.
