Yep, it would be sad - but apparently EA have plenty of money, so much that they won't even take mine when I try give it to them for the King's Collection.and sadly if others follow suit this will be the end of UO.

Yes, I bought one right when they came out. Now cannot buy anymore. Rediculous, I have many, many accounts (even though I want all the tokens on my main lol) in any instance it doesnt matter, cannot buy more since I was an early bird and was one of the first to buy.
Ill trade anyone who can buy them though a 10 use forge tool for just the Token
EA received only 78% of the votes as WORST COMPANY IN HISTORY. They are trying to make it 100% next year.... Sometimes I wonder why I keep trying to give them my money after 10 years of this type of service...
Elplin, have you tried using a proxy server, to make the Origin store think you are ordering from USA? Most are to let you serf more or less anonymously, but you can spoof the country IP address. I've read on these forums of others doing that. Just beware of any tax legalities, etc.... Again, if anyone receives any further information about this, please let me know. As for me, I'm done spending another minute looking into this. If and when the issue gets fixed (who knows... Maybe Mesanna will reply to my message with some good news), I will think about whether I will buy the King's Collection after everything that has happened.

Perhaps, but what they need more are managers who are aware just how awful their 'customer service' really is, and are prepared to get a grip on it and sort it out - but that seems pretty much a forlorn hope, not least because of their unerring ability to 'close' calls that are FAR from resolved. I'm absolutely convinced that is being done to make the internal stats for 'customer problems resolved' look infinitely better than it truly is...Every company needs to have that one employee who knows how to get things done. I'm Canadian and bought mine off the store a few days ago with no issues...and no I'm not using any kind of tricks to go to the US store...but after reading your post I went back to the store and sure enough the store looks different and that pack is no longer listed.Hi everyone,

Week three, still told at the Origin store I canot buy any more codes because I already bought one, no ETA for a fix, and customer support still telling me to contact an in-game GM or email Ultima Support - even though the guy I just spoke to confirmed the issue is with the Origin store, who know about the problem and are working on it, he STILL went on to suggest contacting a GM or Ultima Support email....
Nope. I'm not big into paying for something strictly cosmetic.
Actually it sucks. I made a few and while they are "ok" first off unlike a bench you can't move thru them... so they take up a space along the wall and you can't walk under them. Secondly you can't stack them like you do benches for shelves.. they simply don't like to... If you manage to stack them then you can't place things on them as it won't let you put more than 4 things in a tile Or you have to have a chest there and break it and all manner of other insane practices to get more than one shelf in the same spot on the wall. I wish they were NOT deeded but an item I can place, turn, raise, lower and yes.... stack several in the same tile space and walk thru them.If you have a crafter it's nice to have - just for the sake of being able to make everything...especially the wall shelves - beats using a bench raised up on your wall.

Agreed. And it appears Mesanna is no where to be found here in the forums. I hear the crickets chirping. I'm not blaming you or saying it's your fault in any way. Just saying that a "wait and see" approach (wait for an official all-clear posting from Mesanna) might work best for now.Well I thought they had fixed it. Trust me if you get down and dirty with them and that survey you might find you get an email response. I blasted them on a number of occasions with the survey and actually have gotten a response. I wrote a very detailed and long report to them at the bottom of the survey in the nice blank they provide. Wasn't too nice but it did get a response.... not that anythings changed.... but It got someones attention.And into week four, still can't buy any more copies because I foolishly bought one earlier, and so still being told by useless customer support that Origin are 'aware of the problem' but regardless of that still being told I need to talk to an in-game GM or email Ultima support because they are the specialists for UO related problems.
After every call (which they always use to raise a new case number, which they then mark as closed - so their proportion of 'resolved issues' remains deceitfully high), the same farcical survey email to say what I think of their service since "As always, we strive to provide you with the world's best customer experience for the world's best games. By taking a short survey about your experience with EA, you can help us improve our service to you".
Clearly nobody reads either the call details, or the survey responses, or thinks that 'support' means getting anything resolved, and just carries on in the same worthless way....
