Hey all. I just got my credit card statement today, and I was double-charged for a purchase I made at the beginning of September.. (bought a set of raised garden beds, and a house tele set). Total came to $31.85. On my statement, I was charged $31.85 twice on the same day. I double checked my email to see if i accidently hit the 'submit' button twice or anything like that but I only got one 'sales order confirmation' email sent to me.
After speaking with an EA customer service rep for about a half hour, he told me that he had exhausted all of his resources as far as trying to figure out why I was charged twice, and gave me a case number, and said an EA sales rep would be in touch with me within 5-7 business days..
And since I was so nice and understanding on the phone, he gave me a code for 15% off of my next double-charged purchase at the origin store! *jumps up and down*
Any help/ideas/suggestions? Mesanna? Devs? Anyone?
