We will bring down the Account Center for a short maintenance tomorrow, Tuesday August 7th, at 8am EDT (14:00 CEST). During the maintenance you will not be able to change subscription or redeem game codes.
At the moment we anticipate the Account Center to be back online at 11:45am EDT (17:45 CEST).

I TRIED TO ACCESS ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS TODAY and COULD NOT! (Pulling out my hair in frustration and getting tired of trying every option to figure out what is wrong and why I can't log in.)
Many months ago, and after many hours of work struggling to get this account linked to BIOWARE MYTHIC using a NEW E-mail Account, and making sure all eight account subscriptions were AUTOMATICALLY paid for each and every month via my CC which has always been Valid and still is valid .. Today, I check MY EA ACCOUNT and the account management has NO BILLING INFORMATION for this account, and the status of this particular account is CLOSED.
SO WHAT IS GOING WRONG AGAIN? My CREDIT CARD works perfectly. Where did the Billing Information I supplied months ago vanish to, and why was the account closed without a warning via e-mail to me to say the account was closed?
I did get an earlier E-mail saying an account had been closed accidentally and was now fixed and they were giving me 7 days free on-line. I have no idea which account they are talking about because they didn't name the UO GAME NAME of my account .. only the E-mail name of the EA ACCOUNT under which 8 UO GAMES WITH INDIVIDUAL NAMES are LINKED.
I don't even see which UO ACCOUNT NAME is being paid for .. only the ONE E-mail account shows up. I have to log in to account management to see which Game Accounts are paid for and which are not etc. More time consuming WORK especially when it all falls to pieces after setting it all up again and again.
So
what am I doing wrong? :loser: - or is it me?
