Ok, so... note number...
1: I
have purchased every single expansion and booster pack to date.
2: I did not see the warning to not use the update codes until the account merge thing was complete.
3: I did already enter the code on both the
https://accounts.eamythic.com website
AND within the game via the paperdoll option. Those actions gave me both a chest of sending
and a raised garden bed. HOWEVER . . . *please continue reading*

When I would try to type in the upgrade codes in my paperdoll option (REMEMBER I already did as well in my user account thingy too) I got the message that it ( it = both codes that I received via e-mail ) was not valid ( not valid because the auto-message claims the code was already used) ...
strange, since I received the chest of sending and the raised garden bed with the
same code.
4: When I tried to rent a vendor location from New Magincia I was faced with a message saying that I have to upgrade to the Rustic or Gothic theme pack. Ok... here is where you REALLY, REALLY, R E A L L Y need to
PAY ATTENTION. I re-entered the code again
today. I got a message saying that the code has already been used. I thought to myself "Oh, cool, maybe 'they' fixed it. " So, I ran to New Magincia and tried to rent a vendor stall. Nope... Got the same message: You must upgrade to the Gothic or Rustic theme pack to use this option. *Please keep reading*
5: So, now...
after I have already done the "
call EA phone telephone number" thing,
AND the "
contact online EA support"
both of which have already told me that I need to contact a CSR (the option you get when you click on your paperdoll to
beg and
plea for a GM to come and listen to you) and wait hours (yes, I've literally waited hours at this point) to talk to one.
Ok.. so
if your still with me. Basically I'm getting the run-around. I really, really am. Sucks because you'd think that a
paying customer of over 5 years with
multiple accounts wouldn't get tossed around and given the run-a-round.
I kind of in-vision myself talking to
Uriah or
Messana in real life, where I know that my forum rants
aren't going overlooked or
ignored... and I can in my mind ONLY see them saying something to the effect of "Oh my god, I'm so sorry... you seem to have slipped through the cracks, I'll help to make you first priority" .
So, now, in-between typing this post I have been on that wonderful GM wait list... to no avail... and I
know that they will probably tell me "you need to contact EA, either via phone or by online chat" that is of course if I didn't get one of those lovely spam messages that we love so very much. And I'm sure if I don't get a spam message they will (again) probably give me the run around and tell me to contact EA via phone or online support.
Here is pictures of the messages I received. Strange, if the "
codes were already activated" then why can't I place a vendor in New Magincia, OR use the new building options" ? Note: when using the
Grand Bazaar theme pack expansion code, you are given
two codes.
Both of which I used (as I hopefully explained understandably enough in my post).
