I am on the phone with EA customer service now. When I click add to cart and try to log in I get the error message "The member name you have entered does not exist in our system.
Please try again. "
I called them last monday and the first person couldn't help me so they transfered me to level 2 support and he couldn't help so, so he sent an e-mail to level 3 support and I got an e-mail stating
"Thank you for contacting EA Support regarding your issues with your game. As a gamer myself, I completely understand your frustration, and I will do everything I can to assist you further. I apologize for the inconvenience, but we're currently looking into this issue. Please allow us a little more time to investigate and find a solution.

I got that e-mail on 2/26 and still nothing. So today, on my day off from work I am back at step one talking to the first person who picked up the phone. So far I have been on the phone for 25 minutes and nothing. I love the best in class customer support :/
