Here's the link, but as Black Sun said, it's in Japanese so you will need to use a translation tool:

Thank you. The irritating thing is we had them--and would ironically still have them, if we had not decided to play UO again during the invasion of Britain.
We didn't know about the invasion when we decided to start playing again. My husband teleported his main character, who was carrying a complete set of pigments of tokuno, to Brit Bank. Hey, what's safer than Brit Bank? Right??? Well that auto feature that was supposed to teleport characters elsewhere--it didn't. He landed in the middle of a warzone, died in 3 seconds and was unable to recover his body. Farewell to the pigments and other major arties. OK we should have insured them. I guess our mistake was to assume that you could recall from your home to Brit Bank without dying.
Did you say "Contact EA". Well what would be the point? They don't replace missing items.
This is why we both have no interest in UO plot lines--since the intersection with the plot line proved to be very costly for us.
He cursed for weeks--not that I blamed him.
So we decided to work on regathering the minor artifacts. We worked for several months, anticipating the day when we could go to Tokuno and have the fun of picking the colors and savoring the reward for all of our hard work.
That pleasure has now been denied to us and the hard work was for nothing.
If this was done so that the pigments of Tokuno would not compete with the pigments of Haochi--then I suggest that EA should probably insist the UO Game Codes might at least take the trouble to list the colors available in their description. The only info available is that there are 10 colors to choose from. Until you actually go to the buy page they give no color info.
And given the quantity of complaints I have read on these boards about UO Game Codes, I probably wouldn't buy from them anyway.
