This would serve multiple purposes:
-Get players out and about, hunting for these new items.(Does anyone remember ToT? Lots to PK then)
-Level the playing field for non-faction characters.
-Give an alternative to those not wanting to do factions, but wanting to compete in PvP.
And these are the changes I am proposing:
-Cursed doom artifacts turned on. Be it in the gauntlet, or elsewhere. This includes inquis, titan's hammer, and zyronic claw.
-ToT turned on.
-Replica/ML items spawn ratio increased, a lot. Getting a replica every 10th champ is too time consuming for Siege. Let's make it a 50/50 shot or so. The crimson/totem of void don't need to be quite as large ratio, but an increase would still be justified. As for the ML items, give them a 100% chance to spawn on lower end chests, like 4/5's as well, and a larger chance to spawn on 1-3's too. This would take almost no effort from DEV team. The increased ML item drop I am not sure of, but looking at the paragon numbers, i am saying at least double it.

And if they really want to make us happy, create a turn in guy who gives cursed turn in items such as: folded steel, mace and shields, crystal glasses, primer arms, etc, for far far decreased rates. This is not part of the thread, just an idea I feel would help to even the field and give non-faction chars more options, but would be quite time consuming.
