A simple argument..
When a weapon or armor is repaired.. it is restored to 100% (or minus a point) based upon the repair deed used.
Should not the same logic be applied to item uses?
This won't harm Siege at all.. if a player loves his (dagger, knife, etc) he/she/it will be able to repair it to 100% (or less if the repair fails) of uses. The item will still deteriorate. Unless the person uses PoF on it.. in which case the economy of Siege benefits. This will also boost the price of repair deeds.
Recent event items were specifically tailored to Production shards with infinite uses, however on Siege they are near worthless as they have finite usability.
