SL... SL has control.. they guard ALL the time... they are very active.. they have breeders in Vesper.

Sctually so did i!

Especially because(and i know your not gabriel) everyone on GL knows the only people who fight for sigs are TB(the whole shard) and DC*(the few members in factions...now minax to stat M)

But to answer your question...TB has them...pretty much all the time
