Siege has no TRAMMEL....so .... kinda weird that we did not get dbl resources from the get go, but I guess it was cuz we also had (no trammel) to try to lure or older vets that went to tram...to go/come back to felucca, and to maybe try to lure some newer folks to go from trammel to repopulate felucca, or to try to enable and provide some kinda reason for others whom never go to felucca nor been there ever, to try to at least go there, for dbl resources...just guessing though.

As a "prodo" shard player as well as a "Trammy", the idea of double resources in Fel being a risk vs reward thing is really a joke when you can take a set of mining and prosp tools to Cove and mine all day, all colors in the guard zone safely (Britain used to be able to as well until the current events). As it is now, I have no reason to mine in Trammel because the output is small vs Fel and the risk is about the same (slim to none).
It's a system that needs to be removed from Prodo shards as it is while at the same time, PvP continue to be made a more desireable system to be involved in.
Siege is meant to be more difficult with resources being rarer. While I do sympathize considering the behaviour of most of Siege's population in regards to resource gatherers, it IS part of the ruleset of the shard and active on ALL facets, and as such there is no reason to change the way Siege works. Not getting enough resources, then work with some people to either purchase or stake out a mountain range as your own territory and defend it accordingly.
Even if resources were doubled, the end result would still be the same... the people who are getting themost resources now will still be getting the most resources and the small time person will still be at risk of being killed.
I think Siege is fine as it is... work it out amongst yourselves and stop trying to "wimp" the shard.
