On the Dropped items, forgot to mention...
Thanks to the BC we (DC/XV) were fighting in Papua, when a guildy dropped his whole suit, for letting him res up and even offering gold to pay for insurance!

I always have my newbie scissor, but I would rather give UOD an opportunity to amend their return policy. But it would be nice, if all factioneers would have a return policy, but that is a bit much to hope for!
So now in Tyler's eyes, it would appear you don't return things either, so he will be encouraged to do so in the future why?
That will surely help encourage folks to return things.
Personally, I find punishing one for the actions of a few off base, but that is me. Although some have kept items, I also know several have returned them to their owners...therefore at what point is it determined that they have "played nicely" and get their things back? Either keep them, or give them back, but telling a guild to play nicely until you determine they've been good is laughable at best. At this point, I would determine that Arabella also keeps drops (as she's publicly stated so), so I would suggest keeping things insured if you don't want to lose them to her. JMO.

You know what they say, one bad apple, spoils the bushel. If your not UOD, then you dont have to worry about items being returned to you 
. Like I said before, when UOD starts returning dropped items to TB, I will return Tylers gloves immediately. They are as I spoke before, in a safe spot.

No, my stratics namesake in game wears no faction arties because she isn't in factions, so that wasn't her/me. I do have several UOD characters, so as I said I will be sure my insurance is paid.

Just like BC there are people in ALL guilds that will keep and some that will return dropped items. I have never dropped any items. (Knock on wood) but if I do its so easy to replace gear anymore why would it matter if I dropped a pc and someone decided to keep it?
Because Joe kept Bob's hat? I understand Ara's point, but I have ALWAYS returned stuff. So since Ara is keeping a pc in retaliation for what has happened to someone else and I know for a fact that she would never normaly do this, that means those of us who wouldnt keep dropped stuff should start keeping dropped stuff in retaliation for her actions? This is how chain reactions start but oh well good luck to u all.

Your right Dave, I don't normally hold on to someone's armour. The chain reaction was started along time ago, with UOD not returning items to TB.
I just chose to state that If I looted something it would not be returned, until UOD starts returning to us.

Of course you can't control them, they are a break off of UOD and are in factions. G^F has always had the policy to return all items, unless a guild refuses to return our items, UOD did not return items to us so therefore we don't return to UOD.

Nothing has screwed up UO as much as people returning dropped items, and trying to guilt people into returning items. You probably like telling people how to live in real life and now you want to transfer it to a bleeping game you play. UO is escape from the damm world's rules. Sedric, you know that 99% of TDR would never return any of my suit pieces if I dropped them regardless of what guild I was associated with. You also know that if I had been the one that picked up the 3 pieces to your suit 3 months ago, I would've returned it to you (but not to many of your other guildies to be honest).
It's a game. It's pixels. Who cares. Farm a lil gold. Get new pieces. It's pretty damn easy to build a suit, especially in factions.

How about when NoNo left access to his house to Toad because he said he was still cool with Toad, and then Toad looted NoNo's house dry down to the last bottle, and littered the empty house with books signed by Nonel and company thanking NoNo? Hey Lynk, when you were getting rundown last night, why didn't you use one of the smoke bombs on your corpse? If you want to make it easier, just record a macro in uoassist. Hit record, double click the smoker, stop macro. Then right click the line and change to use item type. It'll make a difference, so you can escape big meanies easier.

Funny Ill bet real money and lots of it that you and your BFB Lynk didnt have any problems with Saint while he was in your guild.
Actually, you couldnt be farther from the truth. How long did Saint last in TDR ? I guarantee it wasnt very long(2 weeks?) I cant be sure because all he ever did was sit at yew gate on a hiding character while the rest of the guild was fighting elsewhere. Other than being really fast and exploiting the hell out of it with running shot he is useless. Ever see him on his mage? He has 4 clicks he can use. Evil Omen, Pain spike, poison, and right click and the only combo he has is right click(about 3 seconds or so) and poison because thats the only way he can cast a poison. Youd think he was on an archer the way he tries to play it. If being able to run off anyones screen at will because hes too much of a tool to play legitimately makes him leet then I guess hes leet. Im done responding to you on Stratics. Your just going to go crying to an admin to protect you here. Stratics is kind of like your house at yew gate. Its your crutch. Theres a more suitable forum for this kind of boardwarrioring but as we all know you obviously cant post there because you have no legs to stand on there.
You totally missed the point of my post.
And btw....Me and Lynk arent friends. We have never talked about my lost armor and my guess is he was more interested in griefing UOD then me getting my items returned.

I never said all TB were just, I play by my own set of rules and values. As far as Nonel and company looting NoNo's house dry, if any of the looters were G^F guildmates, they would of been kicked immediately and I would of offered to return the items looted personally. So I guess I am holier then thou, if that is what you think.

Wow! I didn't know this thread even existed! What was this like 2 weeks ago! I hope you enjoy the gloves I don't need them they were a temp replacement until I transfered the set I wanted from ATL and thus I forgot to insure them....enjoy the freebie

To Dwieg: Lynk loved me. He's the only reason I joined TDR after 6 wks of courting me. I still like Lynk, although I'll continue to trash talk him now since he started on me first. You spent a total of 2 hours in vent during my 4 month stay mouth. So...umm...like...umm...you don't know squat about squat.
To Dweeb: I was in TDR for 4 months. I quit due to boredom. All the guild ever did was mage duel, or sit shoulder to shoulder in guard zone at Yew Gate with Smyth & company. The guild didn't get any nuts until BC-F joined them. Having 15 or so spawn grinders merge into your guild will do wonders for your confidence. Even funnier is the fact I've played a mage for maybe 4 months and I still roll you, Visions, and Smyth on your mages. BWAAAHAAAAAHA

Your leet combo of omen poison omen pain spike isnt very leet. But what a surprise you play your mage like a dexer since majority of your damage is from your diamond mace.
The same thing can be said about uod, unless you guys have 15+ on you'll sit in yew scared. Theres were 4 bc from my count out spawning (lex, sandy, cetric and whoever shad is) and uod was sitting at the gate with atleast 11 on (not on hiders, no actual count) yet you guys wouldnt go fight 4 people? Then lex came to the gate and double whopper with cheese canned 2 of you by himself. Please saint, come to uopvp with a screenshot, it'll only be removed here
