This is just terrible. The lack of customer service is appalling. Unfortunately no matter how many pages this thread reaches, or any other of the many ones going right now, they do not care, they will not respond, and honestly at this point, they are probably no longer reading any of it.

post on hear till your fingers bleed, but if you seriously want their attention to the matter hurt their money. If everyone withheld the next months fee I think you'll wake someone up.
But I don't think many of you would bother you would rather sit here make threads get'em locked and put up with the same poor service.

I'm not saying just because of lag stand up to them but it's the whole thing with communicating to the customer, awareness of the issues, ensuring us that it's being worked on. Not all UO players use stratics. There is nothing ensuring me on the UOherald that anyone is working to resolve the issues. When there are free games such as ones advertised here with better game play then UO, which we pay for, then I feel EA/MYTHIC may need to pucker up a bit more to paying customers if they want to continue having paying customers.

Yeah sux. I don't pay just so i can sit and train skills. I pay to hunt with friends, and participate in what events there are. Right now, I'm paying to stand around in the house, and smelt a few things...

This lag is starting to even get to me....at 1st I was thinking maybe it was just because of all the new stuff they put into the pub and they would like fix any glitches right?

Well this frikin lag glitch or whatever it is not only caused one of my buddies to close his account and not play anymore, but Its lasted almost 3 weeks.

In 1997 it is acceptable....2008 it is not. Its not on my end and I know for a fact. I can play any online multiplayer games on my PS2, XBOX360, and yes my laptop AND my personal PC and they all work fine no lag....super smooth...

Get on UO? Take 3 steps sit there for 4 sec take 4 steps sit there for 3 sec take 5 steps sit there for like 15 to 20 sec then i see ghosts.....

Also theres this girl on siege I know whom used to play the sims b4 they canned it...

Same thing new expansion coming out horrid lag for weeks after dev change with no response then one day they try to log in and plug pulled

I live almost within sight of the Atlantic server, if it's where I think it is. My usual ping is 17 to 19 msec. Today, ping is timing out and tracert shows a 120 msec delay at the penultimate hop (the first to ea.com). This is not a general internet issue - it's an EA issue.
