Well whatever caused it last night crashed everyone in the shadow lords area.
But like puffy said its always been a common issue. On everyshard. If people could really crash others purposely don't you think it would happen alot more often and whatever guild did it would be dominating all the time. If i had that power i'd probably abuse it... It's some glitch in the game that when something happens it almost resets or drops everyone connection to the uo ip... untill you relog.

Well, I cannot say for certain, what happened last night [since I was asleep], but I can say that during a number of these crashes, there are clearly some who do not crash. That is all I'm going to say on the issue, because those who do use these types of things are usually the first to come here and say that no such thing exists, that its impossible, etc. No one is going to fess up or tell the truth here since it's against the RoC. All I can say for certain is that once you experience this enough times and note the outcome of each situation, it becomes very obvious what is happening.
Same applies to speedhacks. Everyone denies it because they pretty much have to around here, but those who are out there fighting know who is guilty because they witness it regularly and it's very difficult to miss.
When you see someone with a good connection, you can't help but wonder if someone is speedhacking, but when you do come across a speedhacker, it is VERY obvious. There is no "wondering" to it.
