I'm very sorry - and I must have been very tired as well, because 0.93 broke the title highlight when relic-hood would be attainable only by enhancing.
Thus, here comes 0.94, where everything seems to work (unless it doesn't =).

Resurrecting a two year old thread, if you're using Pinco's UI, there is nothing to see here, move along..

If you're still using copper enhanced mod or any other mod that uses pgcd's Item Properties Evaluator, here are the updated files with the correct values for the imbuing weights of the old properties.

Edit: Still working on some of the individual weights, previous release appears to have some issues, will re-upload the file when it is fixed.
