17th Anniversary Gifts on TC1

Logged onto to test center this morning and received this in my backpack. Looks like we can expect some 17th anniversary gifts soon!



Although the bag says 7 items only 2 are visible.







I don't quite understand the hand towel, but I like the sword. Plus it can be equipped.



When equipped the sword is purely decorative. Somehow you are still able to wrestle with it in hand...

Any ideas as to what the other 5 items are?

So I guess They're all names of historical characters. Kind of neat. And frankly, vaguely amusing to me that this specific character got that name.

Yup, my other two TC characters got "Relivinian" and "Clainin"

since its still on test and can be changed, id suggest making the sword an actual sword, and not blessed so it can be imbued. this would be a really good item for that since there will be a ton of them.

I have to agree on Halloween also being one of my favorite times of the year!!.
I do hope that this year, the UO Team creatively comes up with some spooky and well thought out event for us

Very nice. I have just the spot for the towels - Forest View Bath House and Sauna on Europa. I currently have pieces of cloth serving the purpose.

In addition I requested a tool that can either embroider, monogram, stencil, emblazen, or somehow personalize clothes and or jewelry, since our armor and weapons can be.

Should have left made it where you could choose the text or the name of your character. Snowglobe collections or the holiday bells made sense to have historical characters.. but hand towels?

Nah, they'll be five items that there's no graphics in-client for. They're there, the client just doesn't know how to display them, so they're basically invisible.

What primitive conditions many of you have been living in

I have had both a towel and a toilet for many years. The toilet was of course constructed but the towel (looks to be the same graphic) I got from an idoc and despite asking on the rares forum etc, have never been able to establish its origins.

Going strictly by what the names are, I am thinking they are sections to a bar. One of them is a container, so a place to store all of our bottles of assorted pirate drinks and craft wines and ales etc?
the single bar that is only 1 stone. If they are not literally marble bars. that one I have no guess other than a "bar"tender deed.

Since the sword is tagged with the anniversary greeting I would say there is no "card".

Or maybe they are like someone said.. candy bars.

I tried to get inside uo to work last night but could not get it to recognize the files even after putting their paths.
