why no gaman or hiyrus or.......any tamable should be able to be turned in

Sorry but the turn-in quests haven't been touched since they were introduced much, and probably won't ever be worked on. Its been years and nothing has really been done with them, so you can't really expect anything to change with them.

Just have to suck it up with the rest of us and turn in drakes hehe.
