I pulled most of the tele tiles to my houses. The Ant Hunting houses and the wold house tiles are still there as are the tiles to the other hubs, safe haven and the abyss.
The reason being someone thought it would be cute to run back and forth on the tele tiles and burn the charges off of them. And no I don't know who. All I know is a set with 946 charges and another set with 800+ had no charges left when I logged in last night. I don't mind scribing gate scrolls to keep them charged up with normal use and the Gate Scroll donations have been great and helped a lot. But I think we can all agree making gate scrolls is not one of the more fun activities in UO
SO rather than waste the couple thousand gate scrolls in the hub house on trying to keep all of the tiles charged, I pulled the tiles to my island and the less used houses. Friends of the hub house can use the tile on the second floor to come to the island if they want and then use the other tiles on the island Keep roof to get to the other houses.
As mentioned in another thread I dropped both Amoeba Island Houses as two house spots I used to have opened up and they are both houses I used a lot. The public of the two is in the Tokuno Islands on Isamu and the Hiryu House (Yes I once again have both house spots in Isamu ) The second is just a small tower in a obscure place that I just really like and it is a private house.
I will add tiles to the other houses back as I get vet pics and take vet tiles as my picks. I think I have like 18 picks coming up in July or August and will take tiles unless there is something else they add that I just can't live without.
Sorry if this is a problem for anyone but I and the folks that donated the scrolls to keep the tiles charged have a lot better things to do than spend hours making gate scrolls, just so some moron can get their jollies running back and forth discharging the tiles. I did leave the 3 most visited of the houses tiles though
