Hello all, I am the original owner of Zeb and Dem and I have been pondering returning. Can anyone tell me if Zeb or Dem are still active members of the community or know how I might reobtain them? Thanks.

did you give the accounts to someone else or sell it? then chances are you won't be able to recover it, never hurts to try though.

I helped a friend get his old account back and it took about a week of emails back and forth with customer support. they asked a bunch of very detailed questions and luckily he could answer most of them (like the period the account was last activated, the credit card used back then, the email adress he used, account name and character name on Siege etc. etc.). so in the end ge got it back even though he couldn't remember the password.
