Heh...I hope to offset the speed with some sleep and Spell Plauges. I need to get my macros set up properly for this one. The spell channeling and balanced is very nice for spell trigger and spell stone. Really, I need to focus on casting, with the arrows as a bonus.
From what i heard you don't need to "focus" at all to be a mystic...
Mysticism along with Archery sounds like ultra easy mode...

Sir I was the original Enchant Based Bokuto Mystic on LS..
Enchant (Though it is a Low level spell) Takes a long time to cast and can be instantly disarmed again, if for some crazy reason they dont manage to disrupt you.
Not having that SC on your Weap means that you cannot effectively heal yourself with Cleansing, as it will remove your wep and leave you weapon skillless.
If your template doesnt have Bushido or some other Heal on the Run ability, I would suggest against SC Enchant reliance, as the only way I managed it with the Bokuto was because I could confidence.

All of what you say is true. I considered all of it, and decided that being a bow, I can keep enough distance from my target to avoid the disarm, which also helps my velocity damage. Of course, a paralyze dismount disarm gank is always trouble.
I consider the bow to be secondary, so even if disarmed, I can cast myst. I will need more pvp practice ( shut up Diablo
), but once I get the right combinations down and macros set, This Bushido Myst Archer will rule the shard!

So I beg to differ sir....HUGE difference....but for guys like you, who hardly ever get any kills....killing a farming tammer is a benchmark win in your book...but in the real PvP comunity...thats a hollow victory, especially when it took three to one.....Go back to the drawing board and try again...
My advice to you...Stick with two other friends and gank Farming tammers and crafters....cause when you match up with a real geared up fighter...you dont stand a chance.....Good Day

PvP is Player against player, where both parties go into the fight knowing that they are going to fight and *Want* to..
PK is Player Kill, Where only the PKer (Red) would be involuntarily in the fight and the Other player would not.. (The Farming Tamer in this situation)
PK is about the Kill
PvP Is about the Fight that got you there.
As a PvPer, I consider being called a "Pker" an insult, as they generally Arnt pvpers because once their victim can fight back on an even level, The Pker usually wont be able to Kill them anymore.

No I strongly disagree (PVP) is player against player. It doe's NOT matter if (ONE) thinks that is a fair fight or not it is still PVP.Even in stealing it still is PVP.

Fixed your post. It took 3 of us (without tracking or detect) to catch a stealth tamer. Took about 14 1/2 minutes to find her and 30 seconds to kill her. I'm ok with that. I had a lot of fun, sorry you did not.

Actually PvP is Player Versus Player..
The word Versus is usually used when both parties are going into it knowing that its a fight.
I'm not a PKer because I could care less about "Killing" you.. Im interested in Fighting you, Aka the Versus part. (And that is the Logic I apply to Pvpers)
You can twist it however fits you, But in my mind a Thief is a Thief.. a PvP thief is a Thief who actually Fights back, a PK thief is a thief that kills basically defenseless characters and runs from real fights.
However, "Player versus Player" can be applied to anything that involves competing against other players.
"I bought the vendor up before you could, PvP!"

And that was the main reason why I left VMP...there was no real PvP skill in that guild...So I was invited to join OtF...Where most people in OtF had forgotten more about PvP then VmP knew....just like you...
You give me three people and Forsaken on a non geared up farming tamer, I will prolly kill him if he gives me the chance....Now does that mean im in anyway better then Forsaken????? Hell no...because as soon as he goes and grabs his fighter...hes gonna hand us our ass...So did I beat Forsaken? Hell no I didnt....and I sure wouldnt post in general chat and on the Forumn that I did....cause when he fights me for real...im gonna look like a dumbass.....like they did...they just didnt know when to STFU
So when I dueled him at my castle on a (PVP Geared Fighter) I handed him his ass in under ten seconds literally....now if he would have beat me right then and there...chalk it up...its a benchmark win for ya....congrats....but that wasnt the case now was it....

My view on Player Vrs Player has a very wide range in todays UO....
The thing that has bothered me about the Player Vrs Player thing is this...
Example...
I personally like to play a Necro Archer...its what I feel I play the best and personally enjoy...
Saint Dismass plays a fighting theif...
Im going to use him and I as my example
If he was to stand toe to toe with me and he was set up with the same character as me....necro archer...i will probably come out ahead...because its the template i know and understand and enjoy playing...
If I was to stand toe to toe with him on a fighting theif as he is, he will probably come out ahead because its the template he knows and understand and enjoys playing....
My respect for PvP are the players that can play/fight/operate and fight very well on a number of different templates....my respect goes out to guys like Kage/Forsaken/Asty/Nym/Crunch/Sunchicken/Hugi/Mono/Diablo/Elmer Fudd/Puffy/Shak/HaHa/Meph and guys like that....in no specific order of course.....
Now when you can load up on a number of DIFFERENT templates and kick ass....your a PvPer.....IMHO

I dig it. I on the other hand I can say Rico was very good at PVP (on the thief side that is).If one like's. I am just saying PVP is PVP If I go against another player (Plain and Simple) It's PVP. If I got one up on another player (It not to hard) I win.

When I did attempt to kill you ( moving 1 or more squares ), you couldn't drop me.
