A diamond Large one ..

Can anyone tell me WHY UO thinks we want roses with the DEV names on them?

I am sooooo tired of getting crap like that!!! I pay for my uo use.. not UO.... I want it with my game name... I could careless about having a rose or a pumpkin... or anything else with their names on it.. and will prob dump all of them in the trash... cuase this is one of those gifts.. that is where it goes!
They take up way to much space.. and again.. why keep more then one with someones name you dont even know who they are.

You are right I should have elaborated. I like the graphics but also hate the fact that we get dev names on them as well. Catering to us and not their own egos, nicely said.

I want a heart shaped pillow the size of the small round ones from shipwrecks, that come in reds and pinks and white with the candy messeges on them.
I do like the rose graphics though, I dont pay much attention to the names unless they have my favorite EMs names and certain Dev names.

What you trying to get me to open up another account so I can place another house to store more crap??? NOT Happening!..... How about you give us some way to have up to 32x32 no matter how many plots that takes??? Maybe then I'd be able to store all this crap...

Actually, When you say that, I can't help but agree. However they didn't spend the time elsewhere, We should still be grateful for the gifts.

I strongly suspect that it might be another "spring cleaning" type of event in disguise. So if you can find a way to save the chocolates and roses, see if you can manage the crimp in your lockdowns for another month or so. Might be worth it in the end.

I highly doubt we'll have a spring clean...

And I doubt even more that they will give us anything "decent" to do with all this junk...

Even last time the turn in points for this crap was like 25 points or some ridiculously low number ..... I never really turned any of my gift crap in before ..... wasn't worth the work of sorting through it and decided what to or not to turn in... for a measly 25 points... hell I could have turned in 200 items and it wouldn't have amounted to a hill of beans... Even after making 6 trips it wouldn't have been worth it.... Easier just to use the trash barrel...

But now I don't want to use the trash barrel and fill up the cavern... I have to log into a necro and get a horde minion and "delete" the crap permanently...

This really ticks me off..... the LEAST they could have done was allow the stinking chocolate to stack. Even if you could only stack like sayings and colors.... it's still stacking...

You would think they would understand that by now.... *curses*

I love the sayings on the chocolates (well most) will eat most, store empty boxes, the roses are a lovely graphic, I haven't tried to lay one on a pillow or a bed yet. Which I hope works.

Our own character names or set up like Valentine's day cards so you could give it to someone from your char would be awesome. Not that we don't love all you guys and gals who work on the game behind the scenes, but Bells, pumpkins, roses, statues... how many full sets of GM names can one person want to collect? Even if they change.

Would love to see that heart box changed a little and made into paper cut out hearts or heart garland or paper heart valentine's day cards. Heart shaped pillows were mentioned awesome!

Thanks for the gifts! I do appreciate it. And appreciate that you all are likely trying not to create the 300-400million gold rares that keep auction houses jumping. But they do add a lot of excitement!

I've said it before - even in feedback directly to EA... ONE holiday gift per ACCOUNT. This would have much more meaning than the countless crap that fills our back packs, band boxes, and storage. Nowadays I either toss the majority of the stuff or give away to guildies or new players...

And for those who are already getting their undies in a twist about all the variations and possible "rare" boxes or ice patches or white cards you want to collect... well... my idea of ONE per ACCOUNT would just make them THAT more rarer wouldn't it?

Now that I think of it... make the holiday gifts event related so that you don't have to just log in to get something.

Personally, I think the art team needs to be focused on the EC at the moment. Just not the one who made the boxes, they should probably be getting back to their 3rd grade class.

I do like the gifts...agreed it would have been better to receive just a few of the candies..would have given us a reason to run to our other chars and see which they got.
I love to personalize things..next year a rose that we can give away would be super awesome...birthday cards that we can give away from us on uo's birthday would be awesome...
I have a million pumpkins with names I don't even know...I would so love a super special pumpkin that was picked by my friend and given to me...our names on them!
We as a community love to have our names on stuff...please keep this in mind for the future. Thanks for all you do and rock on!

I like the idea of Valentines perfume, that's really cute. They could randomise the colours or even the shapes of the bottles, with each colour having a different label. "A Bottle of Rosewater Valentines Perfume"; "A Bottle of Spring Flower Valentines Perfume". I'd like that.

As far as directable gifts go (like the cards where you clicked on a person and it became "To X from Y"), we could get more creative. How about "A golden Locket with a Picture of X", or "A Basket of Wildflowers Picked Specially for X"? (The graphic for the last one could be just a re-hued or slightly re-worked basket of herbs.)

Even something like the wildflower / poppy dust graphics (by which I mean the multi-coloured dots) labelled "A Sprinkling of Tiny Candy Hearts" would be cute.

...I am in a Valentines sort of mood right now, it's strange and frightening.
