"Your faction has received all the silver in the form of a tithe"?

"Your faction has received all the silver in the form of a tithe"

That was the message I got when trying to farm some silver today. No silver appeared in the backpack.

Has there been a change that I´ve missed?

Your faction commander has changed the option to "all to faction" on the faction stone, only they can change the tithe rate
