You might try buying a runic hammer and asking a legendary smith to burn through it making spears, and see if you like anything in the resulting box of chocolates.

Copper runic has min intensity of 50%, max of 3 properties and gives 40 uses. The copper hammer will probably cost you around 200K. Dull copper & shadow runics are cheap. (Blind Otto is not only a legendary smith but he is a dedicated RPer...you might try contacting him. He is on GMT, though so if you are on U.S. time zone catching up with him can be tricky).

Bronze I think have been selling for 500K and up, but guarantees 3 properties at min of 55% intensity.

If I were playing the role you are I'd be thinking of looking for either cursed hunters headress or spirit of the totem, or the minor arti, polar bear mask. Then I'd use on them the 'bleach' from the Emilio the tortured artist quest, or if you can get hold of it, the minor tokuno arti that has the same effect. i.e. it returns the item to its default colour - brown.
