Since Lord Nabin's mailbox setup worked so well for his recent xfer from Pac, I have set up a temporary house in the city of Zento (see screen shot for location - it's outside the more northern of the 2 north gates), and placed a mailbox on the front steps. I can also meet up with you in Luna Bank (or anywhere that's not Fel). If you leave a bag in my mailbox, please put a book inside with your name and preferred contact information.
