As captain of my all-goblin team I shall elect Baron Revilgaz.
As cannoneer (what do you mean, no cannons? Stuff it, you!), I shall elect... let's see... Crazk Sparks.

And to make sure everything's nice and sturdy, I elect the friendly neighborhood goblin Grizzlowe (you know, the guy with the lamp at the docks).
Hmm, let's see... Fourth person...
Ah, indeed. Innkeeper Skindle, to make sure everyone's boozed up! (Drunk goblins move faster.)

That'll be my team. Ohhh yeah.

From the area...
High Priestess Jek'lik - She's a bat, could only help things along
Jin'rokh the Breaker - if you want some momentum, what could be better than a Dire Troll
Oglethorpe Obnoticus - Master Gnomish Engineer. They'll either win, or be turned nto oozelings
Zanza the Restless - You could do worse than having a Loa on your team.

One Goblin engineer: To rebuild the sleigh to be fast but big enough.
A shadow panther: for the stealthy feeling
One Gnomish engineer: to argue with the goblin about where to put that rubber murlock and the huge net-o-matic.
and last.
Hakkar : Intimidating the opponents to not race at all for fear of thier souls getting eaten is the way to win.

I would put together a claim of some kind of obscure Booty Bay lineage for bosses from all over and have a bobsled dream team:

Illidan
Magtheridon
Gruul
Onyxia

Weight alone would propel us down the course at unheard of speeds.

And the leader would be none other than Hemet Nesingwary Jr.

Captain Hecklebury Smotts - He has leadership experience

Auctioneer O'Reely - He will finance the operation
Ian Strom - Rogues can sprint, which is needed to start the bobsled moving

BOOOOOOOOOOOTY RUNNINGS!

Baron Revilgaz will be the idealistic one, the team captain who inspires the rest.
Whiskey Slim will be Revilgaz's wacky best friend.
Catelyn the Blade will be the well-off one rebelling against her wealthy upbringing (and suffering from serious father issues).
Jutak will be the big tough muscular one who don't take no crap off of nobody.

And Old Man Heming will be their crusty coach with a heart of gold.

My pick?

1. Fleet Master Seahorn - He has to know how to lead a fleet and hes a tauren, gogo fatties in the front
2. Nesingwary - Hes a creative guy who could come up with ideas (not quests) and hes good at navigating.
3. Chief Engineer - For building the sled, Probably good at the actual game too.
4. Baron Revilgaz - Goblin Leader in the back yelling at everyone, good motivation.

Ian Strom the Rogue Trainer, Sly Garrett with Shady Goods sales, Jutak the Blade Merchant, and Wigcik the Superior Fisherman are my four I'd choose. Three rogue types for sprinting while the fourth is a strong goblin on the back who gives a good starting push.

Then Old Man Heming as coach, and Scooty as the Engineer and back-up.

I believe in well-roundedness (yep, that's a word), our team needs power, speed and technique, which that group clearly has.

1. Scooty: Maybe she could just teleport us to the end of the track.
2. Fleet Master Seahorn: If the teleporting doesn't work he's have more than enough power to get us going.
3. Auctioneer O'reely: I figure he could probably manage to get us a pretty awesome bobsled.
4. Rickle Goldgrubber: He could bribe the qualification judges! >_>

For my team I'd want:

Scooty - "she can't go any faster Cap'n"
Baron Regilvaz - team leader and the guy that would arrange to sabotage the other team's sleds.
Landro Longshot - let's face it, he has unknown reserves of stuff that just require the right situation (and code)
Dizzy One-eye - for his awesome depth perception.
